Rinhee Suberwal, who is a choreographer, past life regression therapist, vaastu consultant, astrologer, numerologist, and crystal healer, got married to Pramod Kumar, an ex-merchant navy officer. This was her second marriage, and the couple is all set to remarry again and make it a memorable event for their kids. She said, “This is my second marriage. My first marriage ended in annulment just 10 days after the wedding due to violence over dowry. It was a deeply traumatic experience for me, and for a long time, I couldn’t imagine getting married again. When I did, I didn’t want any rituals, and thankfully, my husband was supportive enough to understand that.”
“Now, as we approach our seventh wedding anniversary, I feel ready to embrace the rituals I once avoided. Life is too short, and I don’t want to miss out on anything anymore. It feels unique and special to celebrate this moment, especially with our children—our elder one is five years old, and the younger one is two-and-a-half years old. It’s heartwarming to know that they will witness their parents’ marriage and be part of this joyous celebration. We’re doing this to solidify our bond and experience the sense of oneness we couldn’t feel back then due to circumstances,” Rinhee Suberwal added.
Both Rinhee Suberwal and Pramod are healers, choreographers, social activists, and entrepreneurs, and they are renewing their vows again in Udaipur on their wedding anniversary, which is February 7. “Both my husband and I are ambitious individuals who have faced numerous setbacks and struggles to reach where we are today. Udaipur, the ‘City of Sunrise,’ resonates with our journey. It symbolises new beginnings, and we believe, with everyone’s blessings, ‘hamara aap sab ke ashirwaad bhagya aur jeevan udit ho.’ This is why we chose Udaipur for our remarriage,” she said.
“When we originally got married on 7th February 2018, no rituals were performed because my husband wanted a simple ceremony to ensure no financial burden was placed on our parents. On the same day, we are hosting the Yuvaa Icon Awards, an event to encourage and empower the youth. As part of this, we are sponsoring the education of 30 tribal girls. Instead of following the traditional belief in kanya daan, my family believes in gyaan daan, which we find more meaningful,” she added.

Rinhee also revealed that the remarriage and the event happening on the same day is a very very planned activity. “Both are beautifully aligned, blending the personal and the social in a way that feels serendipitous and meaningful to us,” she ended.
