The ceremony also marks the launch of Khandani Rajdhani’s much-anticipated Swad Kesariya Festival, which features a curated menu of winter delicacies from Gujarat and Rajasthan.
A unique twist on traditional cake mixing, the Undhiyu Mixing Ceremony celebrates India’s rich culinary heritage by bringing communities together to honor the winter harvest. The preparation of Undhiyu showcases a vibrant medley of ingredients such as purple yam, raw banana, fenugreek leaves, eggplant, and pigeon peas, all blended with aromatic spices.

The Swad Kesariya Festival takes center stage with its star dish, Undhiyu, complemented by a rotational menu that ensures a new gastronomic experience with each visit.
