Travelling lightens us up, helps us rejuvenate and feel better. There is a wanderlust in most of us. But given the nature of our metro life and tough professions, we hardly get time to take long holidays. Lawyer Ishika Tolani, who has handled celebrity clients such as Arzoo Govitrikar, and Aditi Govitrikar and Poornima Singh Yadav, enjoys taking some free time out to relax.
“I totally agree that we should take a break from our busy lifestyle and have some time for recreation. It is very important and we should take care of ourselves. Too much work, running around and stress takes a toll on our mental health and travelling helps ease that,” she says.
During New year, Ishika Tolani went to Dubai for six days along with her family. “I usually don’t get time for long holidays so they are mostly short trips nearby. I have never travelled solo,” she adds.
Sharing about her dream holiday destinations, she says, “That would be the Bahamas, Iceland, Northern lights and Norway.”
